Need to run/execute playbook from local playbook dir for testing purpose.
Use Case
It is required for playbook development and testing purpose.
Proposed Solution
There should be an option to run/execute playbook from local playbook directory with simple steps. It will be helpful for the playbook developer to test the code easily.
