Can cell2location be used on Xenium data?

It would be a good complementary analysis to make sure that cells of different sizes and shapes are captured reasonably by the analysis.

1. Cell2location on segmented cells
2. Cell2location on 10-20um bins
3. Integrating segmented cells with scRNA reference using scVI
4. Using more specialised label transfer tools like DOT
