GUI bug with ECM modes and move selection #44

It looks like changing an "ECM" component (Clan Guardian ECM, in my case) between ECM/ECCM mode can cause a clicking error with the movement interface.

Changing ECM modes while previewing a move location runs choppy as the circles re-draw, nice effect by the way, but then, the next hex or map spot the player clicks to preview finalises the movement, rather than just selecting the spot as a potential destination and engaging the orientation select.

Ive noticed this about three times now, and Im pretty sure I have it described correctly. Basically, you end up mis-clicking movement.
