Expose the option to let users define ambush stats in CJ based on contract name

Persuant to a discussion on the BTA server, an issue is being opened to serve as a reminder.

Name tells you everything you need to know. We'd like CJ to be able to let ambushes be spawned based on contract name, so we can make specific contracts much harder or much easier through CJ.
