Breaking Changes

• Python version: The Python implementation is preserved in the python-legacy branch
• Configuration: TOML config format (unchanged, but verify your arc.toml)

Upgrading from Python

1. Stop existing Arc service

3. Install the new Go binary (same config format)
4. Start Arc - data is automatically migrated
