Custom mode included with FN+Q keys ?

Currently using Legion 5 Pro 2021, also Toolkit as a main app, everything works smooth and great, but I decied to flash 150W bios for my 3070, and using Custom mode is the only way to use this new vBios, but even though it works as a charm, I couldn't find anywhere an option to add this Custom preset into FN+Q keys.

I can change between 3 Lenovo's modes, but I can't go back to Custom mode, which would be very helpful. Instead of each time before gaming, changing Modes manually in the App to set the Custom, changing it by FN+Q.

The App is running in the background anyway, so it could in theory change to Custom mode by itself with FN+Q.

You need to enable the toggle like "allow custom mode by fn+q" at the options page of Legion Toolkit.

Other way: Create in Legion Toolkit the speed-action with step of change power mode to custom. After that - right-click on LLT icon in System Tray and pick the action.

Yeah, I've seen it, and I was using it for a while, but then I stopped using laptop unplugged, and Quiet Mode, I have disabled turbo boost in CPU, so temp never got higher than 55C when not gaming, and fans are not spinning almost all the time, only 1000rpm which I set for Quiet Mode below 60C.

And that's why I need Custom mode by FN+Q (FN+A for me for some reason btw), becasue I using FN+Q pretty much often, especially Quiet Mode.

Other way: Create speed-action and bind it call to lenovo magic/smart hotkey (fn+f9 if my memory not fail). Magic key you can assign on the settings/options page of Legion Toolkit.

My Smart Key has only unusable Deactivate GPU option. So I guess my Legion 5 Pro is just pretty much limited.

Quick Actions can be assigned to smart key. If the only quick action that you have is Deactivate GPU then it's the only one you see. Create more Quick Actions and you will have more choice.

Switching to custom mode is only supported on some (iirc gen 9) laptops. It isn't possible to do on older machines.

Yeah, I found out the solution, thanks to your suggestion about Actions. I set two of them for closing and running games. One for Quiet Mode when closing the game, and Custom when open the game. All automatic ^^ Thanks !!
