Examples how to use the notifications

I've looked into the code and found some example client in tests but that only works with getting information of the topology documents. The missing part is the example how to register to notifications on document changes. I've tried some XML format examples from official NSI presentation but when registering using the HTTP POST I'm getting "missing parameter".

Is it possible to send me or upload or update README with examples how to use the notifications?
