H2D Printing Error (AMS Mapping)

We are able to connect to the printer with MQTT protocol and we manage to retrieve the printer data (such as filament data). Unfortunately, every time we send a print job we get an error related to AMS mapping (despite the same file being printed without issues when the print input is sent either from the printer itself or from Bambu Studio).

Hi the gcode or 3mf create in Bambustudio? If you slice your model have you right set filemant (PETG, PLA)?
