Proposal to Apply Rounded Corners to All Windows

First of all, I would like to thank Bali for the project. Darkly is beautiful and certainly has become essential for all the distributions I use with KDE Plasma.

I want to propose something that I believe would make Darkly even better: applying rounded corners to all windows.

Although apps that use the Plasma window style adopt the rounded corners from Darkly, some applications do not, such as Steam:

I don't know if that's possible or really difficult, but seeing that option integrated while also maintaning the darkly window style would be really cool.

Just a idea, creating one option on the darkly window decoration to let the user activate that option.

Darkly draws rounded corners with the server-side decoration, most other projects use window effects to cut the corners off.

Adding this would just add a new dependency, a bit more code complexity, and a checkbox for something that already has another checkbox in a different menu if you have the dependency installed
