Disable WSL check at startup

Hi.
As I can not activate WSL (or other stuff like Docker, Podman, etc) because of conflicts with other applications I need, I have to patiently wait for "Windows Subsytem for Linux is not installed..." window to timeouts. It is reeeeeealy annoying. You should add option to disable WSL and startup check.

@olegrpl, what is the window you are talking about?

Terminal window. Probably, it shows only when WSL is not installed at all. I had to uninstall all WSL compounds and disable its services.
It shows at BOINC startup, it tells that WSL is not installed, and tells how to do it. Looks like part of Windows itself.
And if I terminate localhost client, then connect it again in Manager (restarting core) this window popup again.
