[FEAT]: Refactor minipupper2-mods into freisa-3dparts

Description

• Move each file under https://github.com/B-AROL-O/FREISA/tree/main/minipupper2-mods into the corresponding folder of https://github.com/B-AROL-O/FREISA/tree/main/freisa-3dparts in order to simplify the directory structure.
• Use git mv commands to preserve files ownership and history
• Additionally, update freisa-3dparts/README.md and include one or more images as a preview
