Diagnostics Improvements #36647
Description
- To be able to filter status codes, error level, request level, operation level, etc.
- Better diagnostics in python SDK.
- Add CPU and memory details about the client VMs.
- Add details about VMId and machine id so we can correlate.
- Add bufferedReads metrics (from metrics) - maybe not be done from SDK side, just put here for tracking
