Docker Azurite for Windows Containers failure on docker pull command.

Hi! I was under the impression that Azurite docker images now also supported Windows containers since PR #2332 ?
It appears the Windows image is being built as part of the PR check but when trying to pull to Windows container it exits with the error:

3.33.0: Pulling from azure-storage/azurite
no matching manifest for windows/amd64 10.0.17763 in the manifest list entries

Is it possible to add the image/manifest to the current latest version or will it only be available by the next release?

There are still no release with Windows image now.
We plan to add windows image release in the next Azurite release, which normally should be in 1 month.

We are trying to release Azurite docker image for Windows, but meet a failure.
We will skip Windows docker release now for the new Azurite release. And if you could help to fix the issue, we can still consider publish Azurite docker image for Windows later.

The failure is on running npm run docker:build-windows-amd64, error is "buildkit executor not implemented for windows".

After search, we found "BuildKit only fully supports building Linux containers. Windows container support is experimental."

npm run docker:build-windows still work, however per the manifest it looks we need the amd64 one.
The success/fail command has difference on "docker buildx build --load" vs "docker build", and looks the 2 command use different builders from https://docs.docker.com/build/builders/#difference-between-docker-build-and-docker-buildx-build.

Reopen the issue as fail to build windows docker image for release.

For 3.34.0 release, we have removed windows docker image from docker manifest file and change log with above PR #2536 from EmmaZhu.
Feel free to add them back when you fixed the build failure.
And we might can consider update the Unit test for Windows docker image to use npm run docker:build-windows-amd64, so we can catch the issue early.
