Docs: add example repo/tutorial

We should write a quick tutorial / example repo for using the plugin on the frontend.

E.g. using NextSEO.

I'm trying to figure out how to use this with nextjs app router. Is there any documentation on using it with nextseo or loading the fullHead and inserting it into the page?
