[Refactor] Downloading a table should download the table with the sorted index

Description

Taipy allows to dowload tables through the download property. The user can change the sort of this table. When downloading, he should be able to download the table with the new sort.

A client asked for it.

• Any new code is covered by a unit tested.
• Check code coverage is at least 90%.
