Similar to Ubuntu Issue #1, I've decided to make Issue #1 for Chess-Bakery a statement of what I want Chess-Bakery to become.

My desire is that Chess-Bakery ELO scores be accepted as an authoritative, scientific, accurate scale for comparative chess engine strengths. I do not need or desire to have the ONLY metric, just one that is respected and accepted as authoritative.
