Create a page about how AuthMe data can be backed up for MySQL and SQLite. Log the URL to the Wiki page from BackupService if a backup has failed.

Expected content:

  • Prerequisites for backing up MySQL via our functionality
  • Alternative: backups via phpMyAdmin
  • Include how to restore a backup for MySQL (mysqldump / phpMyAdmin) and SQLite
