Currently, clicking "View interactive map in Spatial Portal" from any species page will apply the ALA general data filter to that query, like so: https://spatial.ala.org.au/?q=lsid:https://biodiversity.org.au/afd/taxa/7e6e134b-2bc7-43c4-b23a-6e3f420f57ad&qualityProfile=ALA
However, there's no other way to access data filtered by this profile otherwise in Spatial. A user highlighted that it's possible to view a species in Spatial from BIE, and then view an area report for an area with that species and get different results.
There should be a clearer option to use the data profiles in Spatial, and it should probably be on by default in line with other ALA views (BIE, Biocache) for consistency.
