关于 astrbot_plugin_kook_adapter 的维护权接手及 PR 处理请求 #5585

因为我尝试使用astrbot_plugin_kook_adapter的时候,发现这个适配器缺少较多功能和有些bug,我给astrbot_plugin_kook_adapter提交了些许pr并实现了一些应该比较重要的功能,但是似乎astrbot_plugin_kook_adapter适配器的作者很久没有管理过kook适配器项目了,有没有社区内的大佬能联系上项目作者wuyan1003,让他处理一下pr呢? 由于我有在kook试验机器人的需求,我目前愿意承担astrbot_plugin_kook_adapter项目的维护工作,但我并不想单独开一个仓库来以新插件的形式提交到astbot插件仓库,如果wuyan1003一直没有出现并处理pr,那么我接下来的维护流程应该怎么做呢? |

看了一下这个插件没有额外依赖，建议可以直接 PR 集成到 astrbot 内~ |

看了一下这个插件没有额外依赖，建议可以直接 PR 集成到 astrbot 内~
