Could you please double check the links on the dataset website? When you click to those I highlighted, they lead you to very random places. For example, one time those led me to porn website at first, and then to website about Poland politics (not sure what is more inappropriate). Also on the last picture you can see what happened after I browsed dataset webpage a bit and tried to download it.
