Very much a nice to have ...
If target line was displayed on the chart it would be easy to see at a glance if you're sitting at, above or below target.

I can't seem to add a "feature request" label. I think it's my rights but I'm not sure.

The labels only admins with full access can add.

If adding target line the chart could get quite messy. You need to take into consideration that the target can change up to every loop (5 minutes).

My target rarely changes so it would work very well for me.
I'm not suggesting it's forced on for everyone.

I have an implementation in a testing branch, however not sure I really like it yet.
