[ENHANCEMENT] Delete single / multiple traces in a project via the UI #6523

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently it is only possible to delete traces before a certain time. As a user I want to be able to delete traces with more flexibility.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have a deletion option for selected traces in a project in the UI (e.g. in the same dialog that says "Cancle" and "Add to dataset" options, after selecting traces.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The button could also be in the top bar (close to the filter).

Issue created after. Discussion on slack in "phoenix-support" channel.
