HardwareReport: update stream rate param names for minimal save

SRx have changed to MAVx

It would be worth checking over the other param names too to see if there is any others that need updating.

Hi! I noticed that the stream rate parameters (SRx) are still shown with the old naming, while recent ArduPilot versions use MAVx. I’d be happy to work on updating this in the web tools.

Could you please assign this issue to me if that’s alright?

I have implemented the changes to update the stream rate parameters from SRx to MAVx naming convention. However, I am unable to test the implementation as the tool is not accepting the test files I've tried.
I have attempted:

Existing drone report logs
Generated .bin files
Generated .param files

None of these are being accepted by the tool. Could you please provide a sample hardware report file that I can use to properly validate the parameter name updates?
