Dood if sega assets are not visible in actual game then dont make a case about it in negative manner cause its juts craving for a drama, its not like these are part of actual game.

ITs totally ok to mention it but its not a mashup game just cause it has leftover test sprites hidden from public that werent meant to be seen.
Also animation poses are not trademarked and copyrighted, if they work they are used as inspiration.A LOT of animators do that.
