On "Configure fundraising" page in setup flow all values default to "1"

Describe the bug
On the "Configure fundraising" page of Fundraising template setup, users cannot backspace to remove 1. To work around this they have to ctrl+a to select all values in the field and then type in the correct value they wish to enter.

Note that this bug is present on the "Overview" and "Advanced" tabs of this page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Fundraising template
2. On Configure Fundraising page of setup flow, go to any text field
3. Enter 100 then try to backspace to remove 100
4. Notice that the backspace stops at 1 and now you cannot remove the 1

Expected behavior
I expect to backspace the full value of the text field to "zero it out" and replace the value with my desired value.
