revert(gui): drop the redundant en: column from locales

English is the gettext fallback — the msgid key *is* the English string,
so an explicit `en:` column mirroring it added no behaviour, only noise.
Back to translated columns only (ja / zh-CN / zh-HK); the locale test
still asserts English resolves via the key fallback.
