is there user management available?

Let say there is a device connected and displays in the device-farm. One user using it for manual testing by clicking on use device. Now other user accesses the device-farm site and clicks on use device, it loads here as well. Both the users are able to perform action. is this correct ? and if we can see that who uses the device currently then it will be helpful for the other users who also wants to use the device. I don't see that option in the device-farm. Am I missing that or it's not there?
