QDEC alert will only play for a few seconds before ending

The title kinda says it all. Basically I use the IP monitor and alerts go through QDEC as expected, then about 5 seconds through the audio portion, the alert stops and sends the EOM burst. Should be noted that this only occurs with the IP monitor.

idk how to fix this, the recording and monitoring on the IP SAME monitor is out of sync because they are separate threads, so that's just gonna happen until we fix it at some point
