Torrent Widget with Deluge

My Torrent widget with Deluge seems hit and miss. It will often indicate authentication failed and then it will log on later without change.

My lab dash instance/browser config does not have that on and I haven't seen that issue. Just a debugging step to see if we can isolate the source of the issue. I'll keep watching it

Also I just looked at the code for Monitorr and we check for the status of a service in basically the same way, just using different programming languages. Again, lab-dash backend isn't actually reporting the services as down - indicated by the lack of logs saying "service offline at IP_ADDRESS" so something else is causing the offline status to get triggered

From an analytic perspective, I can see the timeout occurring on a slower machine, but I have a real barn burner Ryzen 9 with 64GB of memory. Honestly, the timeout points kind of to a performance thing and that makes no sense. The online monitoring thing certainly adds to the complexity, but gives the program great utility.

It's a DNS timeout though in the beginning, then it works. So DNS error is from the DNS server not actually the device requesting it IMO. This application is very very low on resource usage so that shouldn't be a cause for any issues here.

Ok, so I locked my computer screen and in the intervening time period, Monitorr is still active monitoring status. However, Lab dash is showing everything red.

Agreed, moreover what makes Plex, sonarr, radarr and jackett the exception!??

Then and again, you know how web sites have issues mixing http and https. So maybe that's part of this. Does your app create a self signed cert internally?

Just simple resolver it doesn't do anything special or fancy.

I can make it run on port 80 but need to make some changes and not break the app for everyone else who likely will not update their docker compose. I added an issue for this
