[DOCS] Revise FT component explanation

Current Behavior or Documentation Gaps

The concise guide is really good as a reference, but the long form prose in the explanation could be revised to include material from both dedicated documents.

Suggested Improvement or New Documentation Content

Use the concise guide to help author a revised explanation for FT components. One that explains topics and refers to segments in the concise guide.
