Images plugin existing on paper 1.21.4 causes "freeze" of the player serverside, and prevents most interactions

Title says the bulk of it. Players on a server with only this plugin cannot move or interact with blocks serverside (except to mine the ones closest to their login position). Normal functions only resume when the player teleports or rides an entity.
