MCP server status command #790

@altimateanas

Description

@altimateanas

Add a dedicated mcp status command that checks connectivity and auth for all configured MCP servers (both remote and local), reports which are healthy/unhealthy, and surfaces auth errors clearly — instead of requiring manual investigation with webfetch and bash.
