Want to Change designing of Pre-Loader

I visit the website and I guess preloader should be have some different style as this is the first impression user will see when visit the site.
I want to change
-> Around Loading section want to add "<>" as symbolize coding tags replacing rounding bar

Sorry for the delay sir I will provide you by tonight for sure

Implementation:
I will be using theme background color of algo-phantome
And for loading part I will use " <>" as symbolise coding and will animate it until loading is done

This is the sample ss

• I will make background color changing every 2s of theme colors like gradient
• For "</>" it will animate till preload to and forth "<>"

If you want any enhancement I will provide you with that also
