Add audioplayer filters #36

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I want more bassboost or increase playback speed in two times.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add /filter command with two arguments. First argument is filter name, second is the values for the filter.
For example /filter playback 2
In audioplayer add new field with all applied filters. Max filters count is 1-3, because this is CPU heavy task.
