As of Version 1.3.0-Alpha, the judicial and multi-tenant manifolds of cmtn have transitioned to Sovereign Private Mode. This repository provides the Clinical Interface Specifications for Atomic Diplomacy, Multi-tenant Resource Gating, and Treaty Finality.
