Dark Reader site fixes not loaded when using AdGuard VPN browser extension

OS version

Microsoft Windows 11

Issue Details

1-> Install Dark Reader extension.
2 -> Enable synchronize site fixes under Dark Reader settings.
2 -> Connect to a server.
3 -> Close the browser.
4 -> Open the browser.
5 -> Go to a webpage which is supposed to have Dark Reader specific fixes, for example:

https://www.cnnbrasil.com.br/

Notice that the fixed are not applied.

Expected Behavior

Site fixes are loaded and applied.

Actual Behavior

Site fixes are not loaded.
