Upstream improvements from doubledashio-forks

@murphyalexandre and some of his colleagues have been working on a fork of ActivityWatch for some research purpose (it seems?).

Among the changes, they've implemented some cool stuff.

Here's an overview, by repo:

• aw-server: ActivityWatch/aw-server@master...doubledashio:master
  • Not anything we can really use.
• aw-server-rust: ActivityWatch/aw-server-rust@master...doubledashio:master
  • Not anything we can really use.
• aw-webui: ActivityWatch/aw-webui@master...doubledashio:master
  • Internationalization (i18n) (Implement i18n aw-webui#2)
• aw-client-js: ActivityWatch/aw-client-js@master...doubledashio:master
  • Added custom endpoints for their research purposes (fetch categories from a centralized server, export data to central server, etc). (not relevant for upstream)
• aw-android: ActivityWatch/aw-android@master...doubledashio:master
  • Various bugfixes

I also just emailed @murphyalexandre and asked for a call, we'll see where that leads :)
