Looks like the readme needs to be updated. Currently lists gnome 41 as supported, but based on metadata.json you're supporting multiple versions. I confirmed this is working on 42.5:

gnome-shell --version
GNOME Shell 42.5

I confirmed this work with Dolphin. I'm using standalone emulator (dolphin-emu), not the retroarch emulator (lr-dolphin).

Would be nice to include in the readme instructions on how to enable/disable the gnome extension from command line:

gnome-extensions enable [email protected]
gnome-extensions disable [email protected]
