Would you want DeltaDuckDB IO Manager?

As the title says, would you like an IO manager for DuckDB to read from and write to delta tables?
DuckDB can easily convert from and to pyarrow, so I think it shouldn't be too complex to add in.

Or would you rather I created it as a separate Python package?

I think the deltalake plugin for duckdb is not mature enough, but once it has write support, we can do that
