CMSIS View shows "Loading..." when Zephyr SDK is installed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open VS Code Terminal Window
2. Install Zephyr as explained in the Getting Started Guide.
3. Open CMSIS View - It shows permanent "Loading..."

@ReinhardKeil, is this bug still reproducible with latest 1.64.1 release?
I and @KeilChris failed to reproduce this issue so far.
