ARM SWATS Data Record

I was interested in plotting the full record of ARM's SWATS data but it had problematic files and changes in variable names over time. I wrote some code that would essentially standardize one of the variables and write it out to a netcdf file. Now we can plot up the full timeline with ACT. Plotting below is of soil water content from 1996-2017.
