The current layout of the Election List web app has issues affecting user experience:

Scrolling Issues:

• Horizontal and vertical scrolling reveal content outside the visible area.
• Overflow behavior is not optimized, causing navigation difficulties on smaller screens.

Responsiveness Issues:

• The layout does not adapt properly to different screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• The chatbot UI does not adapt to smaller screens, affecting its usability on mobile devices.
• Other components of the app require optimization to ensure consistency and proper alignment across devices.
