Table of contents + hierarchical folder organization #19

Bad operability to use hierarchically-organized folders in Github
To access TOC, maybe link to an outside source with folders for general topics. I.e.
ALSwiki
- Where to start
- Organizations
- ALSA
- IAMALS
- MDA
- Hospitals
- Info
- What to expect
- Organizations
- Resources
- Mechanisms of ALS
- Treatment
In each folder, link to more specific topics in a decision-tree like clustering. The final nodes should be a general article with links to articles, clustered by noun similarity or keyword searches. For example, a final article about "Feeding Tubes" is a hub that links to many different articles across ALSWiki. These provide info and are clustered together by keyword.
