Orthonormal matrix and SIMPLEITK version

Hello,
Due to the fact that pyradiomics supported by too old python version, ie 3.9, and subsequently SimpleITK.2.1.0, there is an error with this simpleITK version, which i attach. The most easy solution is to update to greater SimpleITK versions, ie 2.2.0, but then pyradiomics is broken. Could you upgrade pyradiomics for newer python versions?

pull requests are welcome! I have built the master branch with python 3.13 and did not experience "brokenness"
