Expand testing

As of now, testing is only mentioned briefly as a bullet point in this section. Would it be appropriate to dedicate a chapter to testing? Testing is a deceptively difficult topic which often benefits from additional detail. Also, testing philosophies can vary from project to project, so it would likely be useful to have a dedicated space where important decisions and standards can be documented as the project develops.
