First of all, thank you for your work on Universal Tweaks. It has become an essential mod for keeping older Minecraft versions polished, stable, and enjoyable on modern systems.
Description
I would like to request the implementation of a Model Gap Fix (similar in behavior to the standalone Model Gap Fix or Texture Stitching Fix mods).
In older Minecraft versions, small gaps or seams can appear between block faces and item model elements. These are especially noticeable under certain lighting conditions, and they can significantly detract from visual quality.
Motivation
Visual Polish
These seams are a long-standing rendering artifact and break immersion, particularly in otherwise well-tuned modpacks.
Lack of Reliable Alternatives
Existing standalone fixes for older versions are often outdated, unstable, or incompatible with other rendering tweaks and performance mods.
Natural Fit for Universal Tweaks
Since Universal Tweaks already addresses numerous rendering, engine, and visual bugs, this fix feels like a natural and “essential” addition to its scope.
