Instability off Greenland

As discussed in CM3 meeting today there is instability in CM3 off Greenland just checked it is also in Om3 will add some plots below and some other points @aekiss @anton-seaice @kieranricardo

Hi @anton-seaice and others here are the two plots, I did the two other points of interest in these monthly average ocean velocity plots is the two grid point noise near Svalbard just at the ice edge around 40-50% cover, and the strange way the velocities converge towards a point on the tripole, they don't do that in the ESM1.6 and CM2 grids, but do in the OM3 and CM3 grids, so it may be a concern that we need to look into more.
