我们的目标是让 Python 开发者能更方便地使用 PhigrosLibrary 的功能，并提供了一些额外的实用工具。

技术细节：

使用 ctypes 加载 PhigrosLibrary
提供了面向对象的 API
支持 Windows 和 Linux 平台
