Allow linking commits to a remote repository #2287
Description
Context: With Nuxt 3 we use lots of external dependencies in unjs org. There are often reports that are related to the framework but they get resolved in the remote repositories.
It would be nice idea if commit could be a remote ref as well something like unjs/nitro#<commit hash>.
Additional request: Also multi commits and versions would be nice when the fix includes more than one commit.
