P_OPX_3008_01 test case is not correct

Booleans test case P_OPX_3008_01 is not correct. The containing object's type is not to be ignored. So an object type "other" MUST BE rejected by a printer.

Since the topic of type="other" belong to the core spec, better to just remove the test case from booleans.
